Condition and Valuation Surveys:

• Power and sail boats (up to 60 feet) - $11.00 per foot afloat; $12.00 per foot hauled out.
• Vessels over 60 feet are charged at our hourly rate.
• Our practice is to convert our survey report into a PDF file and e-mail the file to our client. If you need a printed report (or a report on a CD), there will be a $25.00 processing fee. Added to this is $10.00 for each FAX (if required).
• MINIMUM CHARGE is $345.00. No charge for travel within 100 miles one way; travel expenses at $.55 per mile, round trip, for one way mileage beyond 100 miles. If charging for a rental car plus the fuel costs is less expensive than a mileage charge, we will make those arrangements, when possible.

Property Loss Investigation and/or Consulting:

• $115.00 per hour
• Photographs at $2.00 each
• Travel expenses at $.55 per mile, round trip. If charging for a rental car plus the fuel costs is less expensive than a mileage charge, we will make those arrangements, when possible.
